The founder and owner of Ousha events - Tracey Irving has been designing and producing events for over 20 years, working on some of the highest profile film premieres, TV launches  and award ceremonies in London from 1994 - 2004. In 2005 she returned to Australia and continued working as a freelance creative director and producer on high end events across Australia and around the world.
